Hold your skates!

There are many skate-specific backpacks on the market that can house your skates separately to your other gear.

Keep your spare clothes, water bottle, tools, wheels, shoes and laptop away from your skates!

There are a few different styles, so we'll show you how we use them.

First up:

Atom Wheels Backpack
This style of backpack secures the skates in a pocket at the front.
(We stuff it full, then slide quad skate in it. Then inline skates!).
Other bags in this style include the Bont Backpack and SEBA S Backpack as our favourites.

Next, we investigate skates which strap into the side of the bag:

JUG XL Backpack
Keeping the skates on the side allows more space inside the bag itself.
Other bags in this style include the Cado Motus AirFlow, WaterFlow and WaterProof bags as our favourites.

Feel free to leave a comment about which bag you use, and why you love it!
