All products sold by Bayside Blades are covered by a standard manufacturing guarantees against faults. This guarantee may vary depending on the product and or manufacturer, but will always comply with Australia retail laws. If the product has a fault we will replace it free of charge once we are satisfied that the fault is a manufacturing fault and NOT normal wear and tear or a result of misuse. It may be necessary to request approval from a manufacturer in some situations, so a final decision on you warranty request can take a few days.
Where it is practical to repair a product and this is within the guidelines set by that manufacturer, we will do so, if not a replace the product will be offered. If the product fails due to normal wear and tear, accidentally damage, neglect or negligence, or if it is outside the warranty period, we will happily repair it for a reasonable cost.

Bayside Blades is not liable for any damages or personal injury which may occur from the use of, or the inability to use, or the improper use of any product offered for sale on this web site. Products sold by Bayside Blades are extreme by nature and therefore it is a personal choice to seek the risks involved with the use of these products.

Due to electronic theft, Bayside Blades reserves the right to cancel any order which we consider to be fraudulent in nature. Bayside Blades reserves the right to decide what is considered to be fraudulent and may not necessarily disclose every reason if requested. Attempts to contact the customer may or may not occur depending on the situation.

RETURNS (Free of Shipping Costs)
If your purchase isn't the correct size and you live in Australia, please contact us on 03 95557988 or email email@example.com to arrange the exchange of your purchase.
Please note that the item must be returned in new/unused condition and must be shipped back in the original packaging with all swing tags attached and booklets tools etc, in order to be exchanged.
If you wish to return a product for other reasons we may be able to offer store credit if the item is in new/unused condition. We do not offer cash refunds and returns may not be possible on some sale items.
Bayside carries a huge range of skates and scooters. The product mix is enormous.
We aim to keep as many size and colour variations in stock as possible, especially in the most popular models.
While most of the things on the site are in stock at the shop TODAY, ready for shipping in the next 24 hours, some size options may need to be ordered from the Australian supplier.
This can take up to a week for most suppliers.
