DISPATCH TIMES: Bayside carries a huge range of skates, scooters, protective gear and accessories. The product mix is enormous. We aim to keep as many size and colour variations in stock as possible, especially in the most popular models.

While most of the items on our site are in stock at the shop today ready for shipping in the next 24 hours, some products may need to be ordered from the Australian supplier. This can take up to 7 days to arrive depending on the supplier.

We’ll be sure to let you know if the exact item you order will be delayed in any way.

FREIGHT COSTS; We offer free domestic shipping on orders totalling more than $149.00, typically with Couriers Please or Australia Post.

For orders totalling more than $149.00, you will still be able to select a different shipping method at checkout should you prefer to have your items shipped with a faster service, like Express Post. There are additional charges for these services.

All orders totalling AU$149.00 or less will be charged freight and handling costs applicable to their destination. You will have the option to choose Courier, Australia Post or Express Post during the checking out process and the relevant costs for each service will be displayed.  

In the instance an incorrect item was ordered and needs to be exchanged, the customer is liable for any return postage costs which can be calculated by contacting our staff.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: All orders eligible for free standard shipping within Australia will be sent with either Courier Please or Australia Post, depending on your location and the size of your order. Courier require a signature on delivery (or Authority to Leave) so they can not deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

Regardless of the freight method used, we will always send you an email to confirm when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can track your orders progress.

Please note: Couriers require a signature on delivery so please use a shipping address where someone will be able to receive your parcel during business hours. If a signature cannot be obtained, a delivery notice will be left by the courier advising when the next delivery will be attempted. If a signature cannot be obtained on the second delivery attempt the item will be returned to Bayside Blades.

IN-STORE PICK UP: If you have elected to pick up your purchase from our store in Highett, we will contact you on confirmation of your order when your goods will be ready to collect.
It is not always possible for us to keep every product on hand, so there may be a short delay before your goods are available for collection.  We will notify you once your order is ready to be picked up.

ONLINE ONLY PRODUCTS: While we try to keep as many products in our store as possible, we only have limited room for stock. We offer some products as "online only", which means we don't stock them in our physical store and have them stored off-site at our warehouse. 
If you opt for "in store pick up" for your web order, please be aware there may be a delay of up to several business days while we arrange to have the stock sent to us from our warehouse.
If you wish to know how long it will take for your order to be ready, you can call us and check on the availability of your products.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: You will be able to select multiple shipping options at checkout. 

Economy Air: ETA 10+ business days on average, no tracking available.

Standard Air: ETA 6+ business days, tracking available.

Express: ETA 2-4 business days between major metro areas, tracking available.

International delivery times vary. You should always allow extra time for parcels to clear customs.

Please note: it is your responsibility to be aware of local custom conditions and costs, it isn't possible for us to be aware of every countries conditions and charges.

It is our aim to always ship every order as quickly and efficiently as possible, to choose a freight method best suited to your situation and advise our customers of the progress of their order whenever possible.
