Our physical shop in Highett is temporarily closed - due to current restrictions, our shop in Highett is temporarily closed. Our online store is open for business as normal and our team are here to help via phone, chat and email so please get in touch if you have any questions and we'll be happy to help you!

Free freight over $50.00 - In response to the current COVID 19 situation, we have removed freight charges for our Australian customers, on all online orders valued at $50.00 and over to assist you to manage your requirements through our online service more easily.

Shipping delays - we have received a notification from Australia Post, that some delays are occurring at present, due to an increased demand. Please allow an extra few days for delivery of your order.

Shipping Times

We ship most orders within 24 hours.

Products marked as "Sold Online Only" are shipped directly from our warehouse and may not be available to view in our retail store. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it may take up to 5 days to complete your order.

We will always let you know via email if your order is delayed and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. 

We will always send you an email to confirm when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can easily track the progress of your order.

Via Australia Post, pricing based on address

 We ship using Australia Post and Couriers Please. Shipping costs have been wavered for all orders valued at $50.00 or more and send via standard freight option, if you would like your order to be shipped via Express Post, please add your products to the cart and proceed to the shipping section of the checkout process and select Express Post option. You will receive a quote based on you orders size and postal address.

Please note, Express Post is the fastest freight option at present, but it is NOT a next day service at present. Due to the increased load at present Australia Post isn't able to guarantee this delivery.

Most order will be shipped by Australia Post, but some bulkier items many ship with Couriers Please, who require a signature on delivery, or an Authority to Leave.  can not deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

Delivery signature: Please note that Couriers Please require a signature on delivery, or an Authority to Leave so, please use a shipping address where someone will be able to receive your parcel during business hours or confirm an Authority to Leave in the comments field at checkout.

If a signature cannot be obtained, a delivery notice will be left by the courier advising when the next delivery will be attempted. If a signature cannot be obtained on the second delivery attempt the item will be returned to Bayside Blades.

Parcels shipped with Australia Post will be left at your local Post Office for pickup if no one is available to receive it on the first delivery attempt. 

In-Store Pickup (Not Available at Present)

If you Live in Melbourne and would like to pick your order up from our store in Highett (2/487 Highett Rd, Highett VIC 3190), please wait until you receive a confirmation your order is ready for collection, before heading to the shop to collect it, as many items are stored at our warehouse and take time to be transferred to our retail location for collection.

It is not always possible for us to keep every product on hand at the shop, so there may be a short delay before your goods are available for collection.  We will notify you once your order is ready to be picked up.

Online Only Products

While we try to keep as many products in our store as possible, we only have limited room for stock. We offer some products as "online-only"on out web site, which means we don't stock them in our physical store and have them stored off-site at our warehouse. 

If you opt for "in-store pick up" for an order that included an Online Only item, please be aware there may be a short delay while we arrange to have the stock sent to our retail store from the warehouse.

New Zealand

We offer a 50% discount on shipping rates for our customers in New Zealand, which is calculated based on your location. To see the shipping options and rates, please add your products to the cart and proceed to the shipping section of the checkout page.

International

We are only shipping to Australia and New Zealand customers at this time. Due to ongoing issues with international freight, we will not be shipping orders to countries outside the Oceania area.
