Shipping Times

We ship most orders within 24 hours.

For products marked as Sold Online Only or items that are temporarily out of stock, it may take up to 5 days to complete your order.

We will always let you know via email if your order is delayed and send a confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse. 

We will always send you an email to confirm when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can easily track the progress of your order.

 We ship using Australia Post and Couriers Please. To calculate your shipping costs, please add your products to the cart and proceed to the shipping section of the checkout process.

Couriers require a signature on delivery (or an Authority to Leave) so they can not deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

Delivery signature: Please note that Couriers Please require a signature on delivery so please use a shipping address where someone will be able to receive your parcel during business hours. If a signature cannot be obtained, a delivery notice will be left by the courier advising when the next delivery will be attempted. If a signature cannot be obtained on the second delivery attempt the item will be returned to Bayside Blades. Parcels shipped with Australia Post will be left at your local Post Office for pickup no one is available to receive it. 

In-Store Pickup

If you have elected to pick up your purchase from our store in Highett (2/487 Highett Rd, Highett VIC 3190), please wait until you receive confirmation your order is ready for collection below heading to the shop to collect your order.

It is not always possible for us to keep every product on hand at the shop, so there may be a short delay before your goods are available for collection.  We will notify you once your order is ready to be picked up.

Online Only Products

While we try to keep as many products in our store as possible, we only have limited room for stock. We offer some products as "online-only", which means we don't stock them in our physical store and have them stored off-site at our warehouse. 

If you opt for "in-store pick up" for your web order, please be aware there may be a delay of up to several business days while we arrange to have the stock sent to us from our warehouse.

If you wish to know how long it will take for your order to be ready, please call our shop on 1300 665 272 and we’ll let you know an estimated pick up to for that product.

New Zealand

We offer a 50% discount on shipping rates for our customers in New Zealand, which is calculated based on your location. To see the shipping options and rates, please add your products to the cart and proceed to the shipping section of the checkout page.

International

We ship internationally to most locations in the world. We offer three international shipping options:

Economy air

No tracking, arrival in 10+ business days

Regular air

With tracking, arrival in 6+ business days

Express

Express with tracking, arrival in 2-4 business days in most metro areas

International delivery times vary. You should always allow extra time for parcels to clear customs.
