While most of the items on our site are in stock at the shop today ready for shipping in the next 24 hours, some products may need to be ordered from the Australian supplier. This can take up to 7 days to arrive depending on the supplier.

FREIGHT COSTS; We offer free domestic shipping on orders totalling more than $149.99, typically with Couriers Please or Fastway.
For orders totalling more than $149.99, you will still be able to select a different shipping method at checkout should you prefer to have your items shipped with Australia Post. There are additional charges for this service.
All orders totalling AU$149.99 or less will be charged freight and handling costs applicable to their destination. You will have the option to choose Courier, Australia Post or Express Post during the checking out process.
In the instance an incorrect item was ordered and needs to be exchanged, the customer is liable for any return postage costs which can be calculated by contacting our staff.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: All orders eligible for free standard shipping within Australia will be sent with a courier service, typically Couriers Please or Fastway. Courier require a signature on delivery (or Authority to Leave) so they can not deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
Couriers Please will send an automatically generated email to confirm when your order has been shipped and a tracking number so you can track your orders progress.
Please note: Couriers require a signature on delivery so please use a shipping address where someone will be able to receive your parcel during business hours. This means couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
If a signature cannot be obtained, a delivery notice will be left by the courier advising when the next delivery will be attempted. If a signature cannot be obtained on the second delivery attempt the item will be returned to Bayside Blades.
IN-STORE PICK UP: If you have elected to pick up your purchase from our store in Highett, we will contact you on confirmation of your order when your goods will be ready to collect.
It is not always possible for us to keep every product on hand, so there may be a short delay before your goods are available for collection. We will notify you once your order is ready to be picked up.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: You will be able to select multiple shipping options at checkout.
Economy Air: ETA 10+ business days on average, no tracking available.
Standard Air: ETA 6+ business days, tracking available.
Express: ETA 2-4 business days between major metro areas, tracking available.
International delivery times vary. You should always allow extra time for parcels to clear customs.
