Shipping Times
We ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving your order on a weekday. (Average shipping time of online orders). While orders might be processed on Saturday and Sunday, they can only be physically shipped between Monday to Friday, with gazetted Public Holidays being excluded as all shipping companies observe these holidays.
We will always let you know via email if your order is delayed and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
We will always send you an email to confirm when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can easily track the progress of your order.
Australia Freight Prices
Free Freight over $149.99 - To assist our customers, we have reduced our freight charges within Australia. All online orders valued at $150.00 and over, will be shipped free of charge, via standard service. (Some over size items exempt)
Express Post is charged at the Australia Post rate based on your location.

We ship using Australia Post, Aramex, StarTrack and Couriers Please. Shipping costs have been waived for all orders valued at $150.00 or more and send via standard freight option, if you would like your order to be shipped via Express Post, please add your products to the cart and proceed to the shipping section of the checkout process and select Express Post option. You will receive a quote based on you orders size and postal address.
Please note, Express Post is the fastest freight option at present, but Australia Post DOES NOT guarantee a next day delivery service any longer.
Most order will be shipped by Australia Post, but some bulkier items many ship with Aramex or Couriers Please, who require a signature on delivery, or an Authority to Leave. Some StarTrack parcels can't have Signature On Delivery added, so contact us (or organise AusPost Express) if there's no safe place on the premises to drop parcels.
Parcels shipped with Australia Post will be left at your local Post Office for pickup if no one is available to receive it on the first delivery attempt. Aus Post are phasing out physical cards over time, opting to support their tracking app instead.
For other couriers, if no one is available to accept a courier delivery and we don't have an Authority to leave, your address will be carded and you will need to contact the courier to arrange a second delivery.
In-Store Pickup (Click and Collect)
If you Live in Melbourne and would like to pick your order up from our warehouse in Braeside (Factory 4/200-208 Boundary Road, Braeside VIC 3195), please wait until you receive a email confirmation your order is ready for collection, before heading over to collect it, as our team are dealing with high volumes of orders and may need to collect items from the retail store to complete your order.
Online Only Products
While we try to keep as many products in our store as possible, we only have limited room for stock. We offer some products as "online-only"on our web site, which means we don't stock them in our physical store and have them stored off-site at our Braeside Warehouse.
New Zealand
We offer a 40% discount on shipping rates for our customers in New Zealand, which is calculated based on your location. To see the shipping options and rates, please add your products to the cart and proceed to the shipping section of the checkout page.
International
We are only shipping to Australia and New Zealand customers at this time. Due to ongoing issues with international freight, we will not be shipping orders to countries outside the Oceania area.
