I've pretty much been on wheels since the womb with my mum (also a wheel addict) inline skating when she was pregnant with me! I started with figure skating on ice and from then I moved onto roller skating, where my first set up was a pair of wellie boots attached to a plate from the 80s. I then joined an artistic skating group and competed in free dance! After a few years of artistic skating (and realising I am definitely not graceful enough!), I took 5 years off from skating with a little bit of long distance/street here and there.
At the start of 2021, I decided to take my roller skates to the skatepark, and I was HOOKED! Since then, I've been at the skatepark almost everyday and haven't looked back.
