We want skates to fit more snug than shoes, and it's generally not a good idea to base skate size on shoe size.
Measure your feet and add a couple of mm for comfort room, then get a skate which will fit your feet!
The 'integrated' boots like Igor and FR SL fit wider and roomier than the 'shell and liner' combinations like FRX, FR1 and FR3 skates.
