When will you ship my order?
We generally get orders checked, wrapped and passed to a delivery expert next-day. You'll be contacted if there are any delays to expect for your order.
Shipping times then depend on the carrier (AusPost, CouriersPlease, Aramex etc) with most freight companies working normally this holiday period.
You will usually receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 2 to 4 days business days of ordering. Worth checking Junk Folders if you don't see confirmation and tracking emails!
How do i return/exchange an item?
We want you to fall in love with your skates or scooter. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to EXCHANGE it for another style within 30 days of receiving your order.
Skates must be new/unused.
You can begin the return process by contacting us at shop@baysideblades.com.au, stating reason for return.

where can i find my tracking number?
All tracking will be available once the item leaves the warehouse! These tracking emails often get caught in Junk Folders, so please check that out to keep an eye on the new skates or scooter for yourself or a loved one.
