I first began skating in 1993 on a pair of original Rollerblade Mondoblades. After a couple of years of recreationally skating and jumping over milk crates, I progressed to jumping big stair sets and grinding bigger handrails. It’s now been over 23 years and my skating is now less about big stunts and more on advanced city skating style.
Skating has brought me many incredible experiences over the years. I've rolled with thousands of other skaters at the massive Paris night skate (10000 skaters!), ducked and weaved through the crazy streets of Manhattan New York City, spent years skating street and park in Japan's concrete jungles and performed skate demos in Melbourne and all the way to remote Aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory.
I have continually worked within the inline skate industry at various levels since 1999 and in 2006 acquired my Inline Certification Program instructors (ICP) certificate to become a qualified instructor.
After so many years I still always enjoy helping people out with their skating. Whether you’re brand new, returning, intermediate or seasoned expert, it's always inspiring to talk skating, share knowledge and experiences with each other.
