COVID-19 Policy

Retail Shop on Highett Road - Our physical store in Highett Road is now open, but restriction as set out by the Vic Government comply to both staff and customers. All our staff are now double vaccinated and as of the 23rd it will be necessary for all customers to provide their vaccination status to enter.

All online order processing and Click and Collect services remain 100% operational and orders are be processed and shipped on a daily basis, our current fulfilment time is inside 36 hours of order time.  But please allow for possible delays in freight time as most shipping companies are experiencing extended shipping times at present.

Online Orders Ship During Weekdays

Of course, online order processing  will be available 24/7. Our online orders are processed in our warehouse location, so there will be team members there to process order and answer enquiries Monday to Saturday. 

As a business with strong social and moral obligation, we are continually monitoring the situation and doing what is necessary to ensure we comply with victorian government regulations.

Weekly Skates; (on hold during lockdown)

At this point in time, a number of skates are operating in a restricted manner and will change as the restrictions allow. Please check the Facebook pages for more information.

Of cause you can still get out and solo skate and scoot. Just make sure you understand and adhere to the current protocols as set out by the Victorian Government for exercising in a group.
