Bayside Blades exchange policy

As it is our aim to ensure all our customers are happy with there purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund if necessary. When considering the need to exchange please remember we have to resell this item, so would ask that you adhere as closely as possible to the conditions listed below.

Conditions of exchange.
(1). Customer has 21 days to make the exchange if the item was purchased in the shop.

(2). Customer has 30 days to make the exchange if the item was purchased over the net or over the phone.

(3). Item(s) must be in a re saleable condition ie: not worn, have original and complete swingtags, and be returned with the packaging provided, this includes instruction books and tools in the case of skates, scooters, etc.

(4) Unless the above conditions are meet, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or charge a change over fee.
