Micro® Sprites & Bullets are both good quality, strong scooters - ideal for everyday use.
But if you're wanting to do tricks and use your scooter at the skate park, then to avoid breakages it’s important the folding mechanism is bolted up nice & tight, ensuring there is no movement at all.
This can be done by making sure the clamp of the folding mechanism is clamped up tight - or by removing the clamp system and replacing it with a couple of bolts, as pictured above.
Not all riders will use their scooters hard enough to require this modification, but you should consider it if you intend doing flip or trick that result in hard landings. As you can see there are other ways to strengthen your scooter, depending on how hard you are on it.
But if you are always breaking your current scooter, you really should consider a micro® XT.
