BONT Vaypor 3D Boots 
Bont Vaypor 2006 The 3D Vaypor boot features sandwich cross weave carbon, uni-directional carbon, glass fibre construction embedded with epoxy thermo setting resin, combine to make the base. The fibres are hand laid in a matrix according to the stresses they will have to bear. Featuring 3D lenticular outer, with black micro fiber lining. The lace cover attaches to a metal micro adjustable buckle and two Velcro closings it is available in 165mm and 195mm separation.
New for 2006 is the embroided lace cover which replaces the carbon/Velcro straps, larger V’s cut to allow more forward flex, and a top double locking power strap.
The boot also features a rubbing patch on the toe and tendon pillow, and a 2mm high density memory foam foot bed to absorb bumps in the road. The tongue is perforated, and the base has air vents so your feet stay cool during hard work outs. The base has 8 frame mounting holes including lateral and fore/aft positions for a variety of frame mounting options in the 2 mounting point boot. Super Mould Technology allows you to obtain a custom fit from a stock boot. 
Available in 4 colours with either 165mm or 195mm frame mounting separations.
Heat Moulding Instructions:
Pre heat oven to 85C or 185F. Remove all bolts, ice blades etc from the boot.
Place the boots in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Higher temperatures will damage
the boot. Caution: Do not place feet in hot boots, let them cool a little first.
Test the boot temperature with your hand before placing foot inside. Mount the
frame to the boot and stand on it without wheels. Tighten the boot with the
laces and wait until the boot cools. If there is a certain area giving you
problems, push that area out using the handle of a screwdriver until the boot
cools. You can heat mould the boots as many times as you like.
