Whats so good about skating and what inspires you to keep going: I love the freedom of choosing what I want to skate and when I want to skate it. I don’t have to rely on anyone else to do what I do.
Travels: USA – Summer 2004, summer 2005. random trips in Aus.Competitions: Well I’ve been competing since I was about 15 so I’ve been in a lot of comps, only started winning a few after I was about 18. Patience kids!!

Who do you skate with: I roll with Gav, Robbie, Kizza, J bomb (jarrod) and who ever is rolling.
Fav place/places to skate: Anywhere new, im really into building spots like kickers to fences or ledges. Just stuff that hasn’t been hit before.
How did you get involved with Bayside: I new Jenny before she was involved with Bayside so when the opportunity for sponsorship came up I was happy to join the team.
Music/Style: Mainly Hip hop, but if im trying to get pumped to hit a scary spot I’ll listen to some punk or hardcore to calm the nerves. haha | Hayden Watt Topside Soul to Rewind
| | Study/Work: I study women, I don’t know much yet. For Work im in wholesale company.
Other interest and what you do when not skating: Just chillin with friends, Messing around with my car and watching TV. The beach is Rad if the weather is good.
Plans for the future: Roll for as long as my body lets me and just enjoy life.
Anything else to add: Thanks to my parents for letting me rollerblade. Thanks to Neil, Andrea, Jenny, Guy and Terry for being a sweet team to ride for. Thanks to me previous sponsors for getting me to where I am, Paul Horsey, Shane Coburn, Mick Bell. If you have read this all the way to the bottom, well done I didn’t think I was that interesting haha, Keep rolling and be yourself, don’t let people intimidate you or hold you back from doing what you want to do. But remember you’re still human and listen to you’re body, if you’re hurt let it heal otherwise it will happen over and over again.
Trust me! |
